Tribal Public School System (Arizona)

Their security vendor was double-charging and under-covering. We named it and rebuilt the deal.

Government / Education · Arizona · ~125 staff
Double-billing eliminated
Full campus coverage closed

Situation

A public school system on tribal lands was being double-charged for support by its visual-security vendor while critical, high-risk areas of campus had no camera coverage at all. The school was paying more for less — and had little leverage to demand accountability from a vendor that prioritized billing over students.

Intervention

We audited the contract, the billing, and the service obligations, then renegotiated a fair partnership that ended the double-dipping and tied cost to actual service. We designed and deployed coverage for the neglected high-risk zones, and put accountability structures in place so the relationship stays transparent going forward.

Outcome

Excess fees eliminated and budget protected. Comprehensive coverage now spans the campus's critical areas. And the school has the oversight to keep a vendor from exploiting it again.

Human-first by design

AI is the tool. People are the point.

I use AI to make good people faster, sharper, and harder to beat, never to replace them. Better, faster, stronger: the goal is a business that grows and hires more humans, not fewer.
