The Nation needed one authoritative digital identity that served two audiences at once — the public, with credible government information, and members and contractors, with secure tools for forms, onboarding, and document exchange. Without a .gov and a purpose-built platform, the Nation risked diluted credibility, fragmented communications, and manual back-office work that slowed service delivery.
We guided the Council through .gov eligibility and the nsn.gov naming convention, completed the registrar and DNS work, and hardened the identity layer — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNSSEC — so the domain couldn't be spoofed. Then we built the public site and the secure member/contractor workflows on top, and trained tribal IT to own it.
The Nation now speaks from a recognized .gov domain — authentic to members, partners, and agencies. The site draws thousands of visits per day per tribal analytics, and the security and ownership both stay in tribal hands.
I use AI to make good people faster, sharper, and harder to beat, never to replace them. Better, faster, stronger: the goal is a business that grows and hires more humans, not fewer.
