Sovereign Nation (Arizona)

A new building with no nervous system. We installed one before the doors opened.

Government / Health · Arizona · ~40 staff
On time, zero downtime
Secure infrastructure for administration and health

Situation

A tribal government was moving its administration and health offices into a new building with no IT in place — no cabling, no access control, no security. Without the right foundation, the offices couldn't function for modern governance or healthcare, and sensitive data and the people inside would be at risk from day one.

Intervention

We planned, designed, and executed the full IT and security build-out — the network backbone, physical and digital access control, and systems tuned to the distinct needs of government operations and health services. We managed it end to end: vendors, timelines, installation. And we built it to scale with future growth and compliance.

Outcome

The move landed on time with no disruption to essential services. The Nation got a secure, modern hub for governance and health — protecting elders, staff, and members with infrastructure designed to last.

Human-first by design

AI is the tool. People are the point.

I use AI to make good people faster, sharper, and harder to beat, never to replace them. Better, faster, stronger: the goal is a business that grows and hires more humans, not fewer.
