Members — elders and youth alike — had no dedicated, modern space to build digital literacy, do schoolwork, or reach online services. The gap wasn't just inconvenient. It quietly limited who in the community could participate in an increasingly digital world.
Working alongside the tribe's own IT staff, we designed and deployed a 10-station Apple lab built for accessibility, security, and longevity — then trained internal teams to manage updates, access, and security themselves. The space was designed to be inviting and culturally respectful, not just functional.
A lab that elders and youth actually return to — students for learning, elders for connection and digital literacy — running sustainably under tribal IT, with knowledge flowing across generations.
