Sovereign Nation (Arizona)

Their housing program needed eyes where the ISP couldn't reach. We put them there — off the grid.

Government · Arizona · ~180 staff
Reliable coverage in remote zones
Monitoring under full tribal control

Situation

A sovereign nation's housing program had real safety concerns across wide and sometimes remote areas where wired or ISP-based security simply wasn't feasible. Elders and families were exposed in their own neighborhoods, and conventional systems couldn't close the gap.

Intervention

We assessed the housing areas to find the high-risk zones, then designed and oversaw a satellite-enabled, off-grid camera system that doesn't depend on a local ISP or an unstable connection. We coordinated the specialist vendors and structured the system so the tribe — not the installer — holds authority over monitoring, access, and protocols.

Outcome

Reliable security coverage that reaches the remote areas other systems couldn't, with full sovereign oversight of the infrastructure. Residents live with confidence; the Nation stays independent of outside providers.

Human-first by design

AI is the tool. People are the point.

I use AI to make good people faster, sharper, and harder to beat, never to replace them. Better, faster, stronger: the goal is a business that grows and hires more humans, not fewer.
