Sovereign Nation (Northern Arizona)

A government with no IT at all. We built the foundation from zero — secure and sovereign.

Government · Northern Arizona · ~150 staff
From no infrastructure to a compliant .gov foundation

Situation

A tribal government had no IT infrastructure at all. Staff communicated and kept records on outdated, unsecured methods; official correspondence lacked credibility without branded government email; and sensitive tribal data sat exposed. The gaps weren't just inefficient — they were risks to sovereignty, compliance, and member trust.

Intervention

We built the technology foundation from the ground up, starting with a discovery process around governance needs, cultural priorities, and regulatory requirements. We deployed a .gov domain and branded government email, stood up a secure member portal, and put enterprise-grade, compliance-minded infrastructure underneath — emphasizing knowledge transfer so leadership and staff could manage and grow it.

Outcome

The tribe now governs from a credible .gov identity with secure communications, a member portal that strengthens engagement, and records safeguarded to federal-compliance standards — a scalable foundation built for long-term self-determination.

Human-first by design

AI is the tool. People are the point.

I use AI to make good people faster, sharper, and harder to beat, never to replace them. Better, faster, stronger: the goal is a business that grows and hires more humans, not fewer.
