National Building Materials Supplier

A vendor failure took their brand files with it. We rebuilt the assets and removed the single point of failure.

Brand assets recovered
Single-vendor dependency eliminated

Situation

A leading U.S. building-materials supplier lost its print provider — and with it, every original design file for the branding and operational materials that nationwide construction and infrastructure work depended on. Thousands of branded assets were suddenly at risk of inconsistency, and every day without print capability hit logistics, safety, and operations.

Intervention

We moved fast to restore stability and remove the underlying risk. We recreated the lost branding in scalable vector formats, vetted and secured a new print partner capable of high-volume production, and coordinated production so large orders resumed without further delay. Then we built archiving and asset-management processes so the company would never again be hostage to a single vendor.

Outcome

Print production resumed quickly, sparing nationwide operations. Rebuilt vector designs restored brand consistency across all assets. And digital safeguards ended the single-point-of-failure that caused the crisis in the first place.

Human-first by design

AI is the tool. People are the point.

I use AI to make good people faster, sharper, and harder to beat, never to replace them. Better, faster, stronger: the goal is a business that grows and hires more humans, not fewer.
