The non profit built a program to help train students with a variety of business skills. They hired an ad agency to create an e-commerce platform that would allow end users to purchase items and support the program.
The program was built and ready for active orders, the other site was built and not functional so we had to asses the real needs of both the end user and the program participants.

The site was a massive expense and needed to start generating income.
The biggest challenge here was organization and engagement. The team had very little experience in e-commerce which proved to be a challenge.
We built a new e-commerce platform on a very stable system integrating all the functionality at the core level. The previous site was using a plug in e-commerce solution coupled with multiple plugins. We streamlined everything.
The new site is up and running, staff is happy, admin is happy and the investment was 50k less than the original project.
